Five park model cabins built for a Park City development that Michael led from 2022 to 2025. The site allowed recreational vehicles but not permanent structures on foundations, so each cabin was built to ANSI 119.5 standards and certified as an RV.

Michael and Ana Zambrano of Olmo Negro designed the cabins together and oversaw construction in Monterrey, Mexico. Exteriors are clad in standing seam metal, and interiors are finished in veneer panels.
